To carry out the above ZUKAN, SLU
- Allocates the necessary means and resources to ensure the safety, authenticity, integrity, legality, and quality of the product, ensuring that raw materials and finished products are of the expected nature, substance, and quality.
- It has measures in place to quickly detect deficiencies, trends, and situations adverse to food quality and safety, promoting effective corrective and improvement actions.
- Ensures product safety, allocating the necessary means and resources to guarantee their protection against sabotage and intentional contamination or adulteration.
- Ensures ethical practices toward employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders within its sphere of influence.
- It is committed to carrying out its activities sustainably and optimizing the use of natural resources, preventing pollution and promoting environmental protection.
- Periodically review and update the system for continuous improvement.
- Provides the necessary training across all areas of the company to ensure and foster a culture of food safety, awareness, and daily improvement of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, engaging all employees in Zukán’s attitudes, values, and beliefs regarding product safety.
- Take into account the suggestions of all staff to ensure the improvement of the work environment, processes and the Quality and Food Safety System
All Zukán , SLU staff must collaborate in the application of this system and are responsible for the implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System in the performance of their work.
