2023

DEVELOPMENT OF NOVEL PECTOOLIGOSACCHARIDE SYRUP AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SUGAR AS A BULKING AGENT

Call for applications: Individual R&D projects, approved by the CENTER FOR INDUSTRIAL and TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT (CDTI), and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) (file number IDI-20230495). The project is being carried out in Molina de Segura from March 15, 2023 to February 28, 2025; and the approved budget for the project is €436,022

Obtaining a syrup rich in POS, that functions as a bulking agent for sugar substitution, with zero sugar content and the same technological properties.
