Polyol mix

Our polyol mix is a unique, tailored blend which offers greater sweetening power thanks to the synergy produced by mixing maltitol and sorbitol. This means we can achieve the same level of sweetness with a lower quantity. It comes in liquid format for better homogenisation.

Technical benefits

75-90% sweetening power with respect to conventional sugar, which means it can be used without any further sweeteners.
The flavour is quite similar to saccharose, so it does not affect the flavour of the products.
A non-cariogenic product.
Low in calories in comparison to conventional sugar, it provides only 2.1 kcal/g in comparison to the 4 kcal/g from saccharose.
