Erlim® is a 100% natural lemon extract rich in eriocitrin, an extremely valuable flavonoid found in high amounts in citrus fruits such as lemons.

 

Thanks to a novel extraction system, at Zukán we have achieved an unprecedented standarization of eriocitrin, which provides great solubility and high bioavailability, offering an ingredient with great antioxidant benefits for nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.

 

Flavonoids from citrus fruits are well known for their extensive health benefits and easy-to-use performance in industrial processes.
